Upon drawing a license your deposit is non-refundable and the balance of the hunt is due by Sept. 1st of that year. If you do not draw a license your deposit is transferable to the next year in order to maintain your priority listing.
If you choose not to apply the next year your deposit will be forfeited. If you must cancel your hunt after Sept. 1st the entire amount paid will be forfeited. Special circumstances shall be exempt from these conditions at the discretion of Thunder Ridge Outfitters.
